Angie impressed me from our first call... and continued to do so throughout the entire transaction. She is extremely knowledgeable, which one would think is implied in our profession. I wish more "professionals" had Angie's polished experience, business savvy, and (most importantly) genuine concern for their clients. Special Agent Angie Johnson, Hill Country Star Realty We purchased our new home in May, 2020. We were most fortunate to have hired Mrs. Angie Johnson of Hill Country Realty as our agent. She made a rather complicated, tedious, and even scary home purchase a pleasant, even enjoyable adventure. I have never met or worked with someone as positive, upbeat, and fun to be around as Angie. Regardless the time of day (or night), nor how complicated or silly the question, she was always there for us, freely sharing her extensive realty and geographical knowledge. About midway through the purchase process, I became extremely unsure about everything. I believe the proper term is ‘scared’— “we won’t be able to finance;’ ‘the owners wont accept our offer;’ ‘the moving company would endanger my health with CV19.’… and many, many other uncertainties. Angie soothed all my fears away as only she could. She has always been quick with positive reinforcement and encouragement. Long story short, Angie helped us with finding the home that met our needs, understanding the financing process, got us our offered price, and sat with us through the official closing. Angie was also quick to help us through the whole process with her many community contacts, especially Matt Johnson, her White Knight, who proved indispensable to us all. Angie and Matt are WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD (and gold stars)!!! I have never received such personal service from a realtor. Angie is a true professional, knows exactly what she's doing, and comes with a "built in" hard working, do-it-all handyman: Matt! When selling our house, my wife and I had a few small issues that needed to be addressed before even thinking about listing. Unfortunately, our busy schedule prevented us from getting much of anything accomplished. Angie & Matt to the rescue!!! Really! When my wife and I were hesitant to list our property until the items could be addressed, Angie got Matt on it, and went forward with listing it immediately. Funny thing, I couldn't imagine how busy THEY had to be, just trying to organize what areas to address first. My wife and I honestly felt like we were their ONLY client. We kept them busy. Real busy. You could imagine our surprise when we found out Angie was also listing two different neighbors of ours at the same time!!! Not to mention the fact that she had our home under contract in less than one week!!! One week, we received an offer, and accepted. The offer was for "asking" price, which I discussed early with my wife, and feared was a little high. Trust this lady! She KNOWS what she is doing. She really is a professional at what she does!
