I scheduled a showing of an apartment and was told to "call before heading out so he didn't have to wait on me". I understood, even if the demand sounded sort of rude. I called him when I was walking out the door and he asked to push the appointment back 15 minutes. I said that was fine and arrived at the apartment 15 minutes later than originally scheduled. I waited for over 30 minutes, called the guy with no answer, and finally left. He never showed or called me back. So unprofessional!!

My experience with this real estate company was extremely less than ideal. I wasn't expecting anything unusually great, but I felt completely neglected. I had to move in later than previously agreed, and into an uncleaned home. Less than a week before my move-in, I had yet to sign a lease, and had received no correspondence from my realtor. Finally I got the lease, and the move-in date was later than we had agreed. I ended up not being able to move in on the agreed upon date because the realtor was MIA all day and I was still keyless. When I finally moved in, they handed me their only copy of the key, and told me they would be back later to make copies for my roommate. They were completely unprepared and nonchalant about the whole thing. I would never recommend this company to anyone, even to my worst enemy.

this company SAYS they'll call you back the following day with an answer to a question and a lead to an potential rental when really you'll actually never hear from them again. At least tell the people who seriously inquire about your rentals that you won't actually ever call them back
