I chose Melissa Martin as my realtor to sell my house recently. She was responsive to my texts, calls and emails. My house was in very good condition, as I always worked hard to maintain and enhance it. As a result, it sold very quickly. The complaint I have against Melissa is that after closing on the sale, I never received any type of communication. No follow up after the sale. And certainly, no thank you. Considering that this was probably one of the easiest sales of her career, I would have appreciated a message of thanks. After all, I chose her out of a sea of other realtors.

Melissa was recommended to us and after buying/selling 3 prior homes; this was the best Realtor experience yet! Melissa has excellent communication skills during the entire process start to finish. She is very responsive to buyers' needs and requests. We have absolutely no complaints- only praise. There are too many superlatives to list here. Hire her and her husband- you'll be delighted. Melissa is absolutely a top notch realtor. She did a great job in finding us a home that is everything we dreamed of and more. We were looking for specific features in a home and although it was challenging she delivered. Her communication was outstanding and definitely played a part in getting us our home. It felt as if we were her only clients because of the attention we received with new listings and requesting showings. With it being a competitive sellers market I'm glad we chose Melissa!! I highly recommend her.

As an owner of several rental properties I have dealt with many realtors over the years and Melissa has been the best by far. Professional, fast, adaptive, creative, and in my case, profitable. Melissa sold my last (as in no more) rental property ( Yay! ) and she netted me twice what another realtor had tried to accomplish. When I came to Melissa, I was in a desperate situation. My landlord decided to move back into his house and gave a 30 day notice to us that he wasn't renewing our lease. We had assumed we would renew so didn't save money to move. Our credit wasn't awesome either. Melissa wasted no time finding me exactly what we needed. Everything I asked for, she found. The move in and transition were smooth and we couldn't be happier. We plan on staying in this house until we are ready to buy and then we will use Melissa again. We have already started talking to her about a plan of action to prepare ourselves to buy.
